Indications: Facial fat reduction (especially in the double chin, cheeks, neck, and facial fat), minimal inflammation or edema, lifting, anti-aging, body contouring, and shaping

Injection depth: Subcutaneous Injection up to 1 to 2 cm fat layer

Needle size: 30G x 1 inch

Method of Administration: The whole process of injecting the Lipo 360 Shot involves a complete treatment protocol with the correct injection technique, needle type, injection depth, dosage, and precautions, as well as aftercare.

1. Clean the treatment areas with alcohol and shave the entire target area
2. Mark the divided region for one ampoule and draw a 1 cm grid on the target area.
3. Administer a 2% Lidocaine injection for local anesthesia; however, this step is optional.
4. Choose the appropriate injection method based on the treatment plan and patient needs. Options include spread by cannula, injection by needle, or application by meso-roller or energy devices, such as RF (radiofrequency) devices.
5. Then, insert the needle or cannula into the fat layer at a depth recommended for the specific area being treated. Maintain a consistent distance of 1 cm to 2 cm between injection points for even coverage.
6. Depending on the chosen method of how to inject fat-dissolving injections, employ these specific techniques:
   1. For needle injections: Use a pinching technique, insert a 1-inch 30G needle in a vertical direction, and perform spread infiltration.
   2. or cannula spread: Insert the cannula with medicine and perform backward spreading. – For meso-roller application: Apply the meso-roller evenly across the treatment area.

Recommended amount: Administer the lipolytic solution with volumes ranging from 0.2 cc to 1 cc per square centimeter. Adhere to the recommended total volume of 20 cc to 40 cc per treatment session.

Treatment Interval: The recommended treatment interval is to give the Lipo 360 Shot at a 2- to 4-week interval with 20 to 40 mL of the solution per treatment session. Only about 4 to 6 times can the Lipo 360 Shot be used to avoid overtreating the area.

Precautions: Avoid certain products two days before and after treatment. Shave the treatment area one day before, if applicable. Do not apply creams, lotions, or makeup to the treatment area. Reschedule for severe rashes, cold sores, or blemishes in the treatment area.

Aftercare: 

1. Avoid strenuous exercise or exposing the treatment area to extreme temperatures for 48 hours. 
2. Avoid medications and supplements that may increase bruising for 48 hours. 
3. Apply ice for the first day to reduce discomfort and swelling. 
4. Sleep on your back with an elevated head to further decrease the swelling. 
5. Do not massage the injection site. Ice packs are recommended for the first 12 hours.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
