Organic Whole Grain Einkorn Flour. A favourite for its flavour! Use in cakes, cookies, muffins and pastry.
Einkorn wheat as a crop is extremely limited and is very low yielding. It is a tricky crop to grow and the yield varies from year to year, like all grain crops. We are grateful to have a Canadian source.
